Respect people
Treat other members as people. Harassment, hate, targeted hostility, and deliberately making the community unpleasant are not acceptable.
The rules are written to preserve a permanent world and a community people actually want to return to. Staff may address obvious loophole abuse even when a specific tactic is not written word-for-word.

Do not damage, modify, loot, flood, kill named mobs at, or interfere with another player's build/property without permission.
Follow published minimum-price rules, do not use giveaways/bundles as disguised undercutting, and report exploits instead of profiting from them.
Quality-of-life mods are allowed when they do not automate prohibited behavior, expose hidden information unfairly, or bypass server controls. When uncertain, ask staff first.
Do not turn ordinary play into unwanted combat or repeated harassment. Events or explicitly agreed combat can define different rules.
Large farms, entity systems, chunk loaders, and automation must be designed so they do not create unreasonable server load. Staff may require changes to protect performance.
Server conduct extends to Vaultcraft's Discord spaces. Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines as well as community-specific expectations.
Use Meridian Help or the appropriate staff channel. Include what happened, where, when, and any screenshots/logs you have. Do not retaliate or escalate the situation yourself.
Staff can consider logs, screenshots, server records, context, and prior incidents. If you believe a decision was based on missing information, use the support/appeal process rather than arguing in public chat.
Report duplication, economy, permission, or system exploits privately. Do not reproduce them for profit or distribute instructions.
Automation is judged by server rules, fairness, and performance. Ask before building systems that run unattended at scale.
A build is not automatically free to claim because a player has been away. Ask staff before modifying old property.
